If I were to review my own apartment this would be the review: "My stay here was exactly what I needed a cozy, comfortable spot in a prime Venice Beach location. The unit is perfect for 1 person or a couple, and it worked out great for me since I brought my two dogs for training. The neighborhood felt safe and was extremely walkable, with restaurants, shops, Whole Foods, and of course the beach all just minutes away. I loved being able to explore the area with my pups and relax on the little back patio. The space itself had everything I needed a comfy bed, a desk for remote work, and a kitchen stocked for simple meals. It's an older unit but nicely updated and very charming. Parking wasn't too difficult, and being on a quiet street made it easy to unwind at night. The instructions for entry and house rules were clear and detailed, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and dog-friendly stay a great option if you want to be close to Venice Beach without the high cost of bigger rentals. BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM The cozy bedroom features a memory foam queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A large window allows for natural light, while full-length curtains provide the option to block out the sun for extra sleep. The studio does have a window A/C. Log into your Netflix, HBO, and other streaming services on our Roku smart TV. High-speed WiFi throughout the unit. BATHROOM Our bathroom is the perfect place to refresh for your next adventure. In addition to a shower you will find a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, towels and all of your bath essentials. The home also includes an iron, ironing board, and hangers so you can make yourself at home. KITCHEN Our kitchen features small sized appliances, a microwave, Keurig with K-cups provided, pots and pans, salt and pepper and all cooking necessities. Honestly, there are so many great restaurants so close by, you will probably not use the kitchen much at all. PATIO Enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio.
