Lease terms

A minimum one-year lease is required. First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit are due at lease signing prior to move-in. Tenant is responsible for electric and gas utilities. Water is included in the monthly rent. Applicants are subject to a credit, background, and income verification. Proof of income and rental history may be required. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment or throughout the building. Pets are generally discouraged but may be considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval. Approved pets will require a non-refundable pet fee and may be subject to additional terms. Renters insurance is encouraged for the duration of the lease. We are seeking responsible tenants who will care for and maintain the property throughout the lease term.
