Boater / kayaker / fisherman's dream.… New appliances, game room, covered front porch for watching cars or bikers, covered back porch for watching the water, the boats, the stars or the fireworks or sunsets. A huge firepit right at the water's edge. Docking for 1 - 3 boats. A kayak launch. Two jetski docks.
The view on this part of Princeton is the MOST desirable - a wide creek, you are not looking across into other people's business - nor they into yours.

We prefer someone who is remodeling their home from the area but open to options. We can rent anywhere from Sept 15 to June 1. Prefer October to June 1 but we can be flexible for right situation. THIS IS A WINTER RENTAL ONLY.
Home is well-kept - brand new kitchen, central air, ceiling fans, great furniture. Parking for 4 to 8 cars depending how you park. You are responsible for maintaining the lawn, the snow, the utilities, etc. It's a nice house - updated in last 5 years and deserving of good care. If anything breaks or malfunctions just call me and we will fix it ASAP.
Background check, security deposit required. Rent for the full Sept 15 to June 1st is $3900 per month - will be the best 8 months you can have on the water. Shorter rental periods may change the monthly rental rate.
