Lease terms

Policies & Terms: In addition to the monthly rent, the tenant is required to pay a $200 monthly maintenance/administration fee, which covers the upkeep of the approximately 3,500 square meter property. All utilities, including water, electricity, and any other services, are the responsibility of the tenant and must be paid directly based on monthly bills. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Pets are allowed only under supervision at all times. Occupancy is limited to the tenant, their partner, and their children, as disclosed in the application. The home has 2 bedrooms and is furnished accordingly; therefore, occupancy must align with the available space. No additional occupants beyond those approved will be permitted. The property is classified as agricultural land. No construction, mechanical work, commercial activities, subleasing, short-term rentals, or business operations of any kind are allowed. The property is strictly for residential use, and the land must be preserved in an ecological and responsible manner. Additional terms and conditions apply and will be detailed in the lease agreement. Further requirements will also be provided as part of the contract.
