SECURITY DEPOSIT: For stays of 1 3 months, the security deposit is approximately 50% of one month's rent. For stays longer than 3 months, the security deposit is approximately equal to one month's rent. The home is fully furnished and includes kitchen furnishings, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, utilities and one driveway parking space or street parking. Winter hot tub is generally available November through April. Dogs may be considered with prior owner approval and an additional pet fee. No smoking or vaping. Only approved occupants may reside at the property. Lease length and move-in/move-out dates are subject to availability. Longer-term stays are welcome.
