Important Notice for Future Tenants Please note that there is ongoing construction work taking place on the property. We want to assure you that the construction activities are planned and managed carefully and will not interfere with your comfortable living experience. We will make every effort to maintain a clean, safe, and convenient environment throughout the construction period. During the construction period, the monthly rent will be $2,000, which includes water, electricity, and gas utilities (internet service is not included). Once construction is fully completed, the monthly rent will be adjusted to $2,500 per month, and utility costs (water, electricity, and gas) will be the tenant's responsibility. Internet service will remain separate and is not included.
