Our Private Entrance Casita includes fully furnished private room, private bath, large closet, kitchenette, personal new independent AC/heater and TV 3-6 months, rent is $1050 per month. Shorter term stays of 30-60 days, the rent is $1250 per month. Monthly rent includes WIFI, trash and all utilities. Max occupancy for Casita is (1) person. No overnight guests, no parties, no pets and must be a non smoker. Applicants pay $50 for background and credit check (required). Must show proof of steady employment and have income of 3x rent to qualify, with a Credit minimum score of 670. Verifiable rental references are a must with 3 years of good rent or mortgage history and no previous evictions. There is a cleaning fee of $125, which will not be charged if Casita is left in clean, move in condition.

Casita is closed off from the rest of the home, with its own entrance, giving tenants privacy and comfort.
Casita is ground level, with keyless coded entry within a locked gate for security.
The Casita is spacious with large closet, full size bed, 2 door mini refrigerator with freezer, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Room includes essentials such as iron, ironing board, vacuum, towels, hair dryer, bedding, and starter package with personal shampoo, soap, TP,
Paper goods, cleaning supplies and trash bags. There is plenty of storage for personal needs and a large bright window, making it a comfortable cozy room.
A 32 inch flat screen Smart TV is on the bedroom wall secured to a swivel for easy use and viewing.
