Additional couches and a cot can accommodate up to 14-15 people, with 12 being the comfortable maximum. The backyard boasts an optional heated pool with a new water slide, a BBQ grill, an outdoor patio TV, and a pool house game room with a large Wi-Fi-enabled TV, a ping pong table, and a bumper pool table/poker table in the office room, along with a variety of other billiard and board games. Both the living room and family rooms have cable TVs with surround sound.
An optional heated pool is available for an additional daily rate of $75 for stays of 5 days or more, and $100 per day for stays of 4 days or less. A full month of heated pool access is $1250. One dog is allowed with prior approval and will incur a non-refundable pet fee. Free parking is available, and internet access is also free.
Casa Del Mar is situated in Kierland North Scottsdale, close to the action of the Phoenix Open, Westworld, Old Town Scottsdale, and Spring Training. It's also just around the corner from the Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter Shopping metropolis, yet located in a quiet neighborhood.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. All properties are non-smoking. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 25. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests in the reservation, and no parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property. An electric cap of $400 per month applies to full-month reservations, and guests are liable for any overages if this amount is exceeded.
The game-room in the separate detached guest casita/pool house room includes a Queen pull-out couch and a variety of other billiard and board games. The office room within the pool house also offers a ping pong table and a bumper pool table/poker table.
