If you love sunrises, sunsets and watching coastal wildlife from your balcony on the intercoastal water way, this is a dream condo! Conveniently located: Walk to: the beach, the boardwalk, Island Burgers and Bites, The Vault, Putter Pub mini golf, Lazy Pirate, the Sea Witch, and Island Hardware. Utilities are included for groups of 3. Internet is fast and reliable (TMobile). 2 televisions with Fire sticks for entertainment. Ample closets, nice and clean. This has never been a short term rental. It was formerly my personal residence.
