This vacation rental is pet-friendly. For families with children, the home is equipped with a Pack N Play, a high chair, 2 beach wagons, a running stroller, numerous pool toys, a small kids bike, 4 beach cruiser bikes, and a large bin of indoor toys. Guests can choose between a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold to cover accidental damage during their stay. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.
Located in Naples Park, this home is a quick walk or drive to Vanderbilt Beach and the Mercato, which features Whole Foods and numerous shops and bars. Trader Joe's is just 1 mile away, approximately a 20-minute walk. The home is conveniently situated in the lower southwest corner of Naples Park, known for its close proximity to public beach access at Vanderbilt, the Ritz-Carlton, and the Turtle Club. Naples Park is a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, and Uber and Lyft are readily available. Fort Myers International Airport is about a 40-minute drive away.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and events are also prohibited. This is a self-check-in property with a coded door lock that is changed between reservations. Your code will only be active during your reservation times. Early and late check-outs may be accommodated upon request and availability. You will receive check-in codes once full payment is received, two weeks prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit when appropriate, though the temperature may fluctuate based on local weather conditions.
