It's a quiet neighborhood behind CCU and is close to Whole Foods, Sprouts, King Soopers, Target, Belmar, St. Anthony's Hospital, and 24 Hour Fitness. Includes gigabit internet and a monthly cleaner for shared spaces Optional amenities: Garage parking: $50/month About Me and roommates: Roommates are in their late twenties and thirties, most are saving up cash for their next endeavor or studying. Since this Room is affordable, it's a great place to do that. I am an avid mountain biker. I enjoy hanging out with friends, taking care of my house plants. I don't smoke and rarely drink. Big fan of meal prep, working out, and fried pickles (spears not chips) :) Looking forward to connecting!
