Also, minutes from hiking trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is a very safe, walkable neighborhood and there is a beautiful mountain view from top of our street. The main living area has cozy leather couch and large picture window with view of gardens and a dedicated work area with desk and swivel chair. The high dining table located in the front room could be used as a second work area, if needed. The kitchen is equipped with full sized sink, refrigerator/freezer, a toaster oven, 2 burner stove top, microwave and dishes, pots and pans, etc., for the foodies that love to cook even when they're away from home. Kerug coffee maker and a French press for those who prefer to brew their own special blend. The bedroom has a comfortable West Elm queen bed with high end Sealy mattress. The front room includes a day bed that can be a cozy lounging space or extra sleeping for guests to stay - pulls out into King Bed. Dining table that seats 4 Full size washer and dryer Excellent mini split for heating and cooling. Blackout curtains. Large closet. Outdoor covered patio with bistro table for 2. This is a completely smoke free home and property. No smoking of any kind or vaping allowed. No pets. Must maintain cleanliness of unit during stay. Maid service is available, if desired. Other things to note: The left hand unit is a separate apartment that I live in. W/D is shared with other unit. All utilities are included, wifi, trash gardener, water and electricity - Caps apply for electric.
