Seeking one housemate in this house by Golden Ponds and Saint Vrain Greenway, just a 20 minute drive to Bouler. You would be sharing the home with one other tenant, who has an upstairs bedroom. Comes with a garage space and storage in the garage. The space available consists of a garden level large family room- like space for your own use (172 square feet), attached to a small nonconforming bedroom (96 square feet). There is a half bath/laundry room in this lower level as well. Full bath upstairs. We keep one bedroom, which is upstairs, for our (the owners) occasional use - mostly keeping for if we are evactuated from our mountain home with fires in recent years. The rest of the house is for 2 tenants. Internet and utilities split between the two tenants. It is somewhat furnished already in common spaces- what is missing depends on what previous tenant was supplying. Can evaluate upon visiting.
