Lease terms

Full background and financial checks will be required before granting a lease, the costs of such checks are paid for directly by the applicant to SmartMove (estimated at under $50). All such checks are conducted against both the lease applicant and lease co-signor with the results of such checks made available to the applicant via the SmartMove service provider. (SmartMove is a service of TransUnion). Based upon the results of such checks, lease terms typically require payment of security deposit upon lease signing, and payment of first and last month's rent two weeks before occupancy. Note that monthly rent is higher for lease terms that are less than a year. Tenant's are responsible for maintaining the private patio space, and weekly cleaning of the unit.
