This property is on a larger-than-normal lot with a huge fenced-in back yard. The entire top floor was renovated two years ago. The master bedroom is large with two separate walk-in closets.
Note: the fourth bedroom/office is on the main floor near the full bathroom. It doesn't have a built-in closet in the room but you could use an armoire or there is a closet outside of the room, next to the bathroom that could be converted to accommodate hanging items.
This house is within a 10 minute (or less) walk of the Virginia Square Metro Station in an Arlington neighborhood called Ashton Heights. We are also within walking distance of the heart of Clarendon which is filled with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
