We would like to find some good folks to rent our lovely three (could be four) bedroom, 3 full bathroom home in Arlington/Clarendon, Virginia. This property is on a larger-than-normal lot with a huge fenced-in back yard. The entire top floor was renovated two years ago. The master bedroom is large with two separate walk-in closets. Note: the fourth bedroom/office is on the main floor near the full bathroom. It doesn't have a built-in closet in the room but you could use an armoire or there is a closet outside of the room, next to the bathroom that could be converted to accommodate hanging items. This house is within a 10 minute (or less) walk of the Virginia Square Metro Station in an Arlington neighborhood called Ashton Heights. We are also within walking distance of the heart of Clarendon which is filled with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. More details below: - 3 - 4 bedrooms, 3 bath (2 full bath upstairs, one full bath downstairs) - living, dining, kitchen, sunroom, full unfinished waterproofed basement for storage with laundry - hardwood floors throughout except for the kitchen/sunroom area - spacious fenced in back yard - pets would be considered with a $500 pet deposit - we will not be accepting tenants that smoke - detached 2-car garage plus workbench - 4th bedroom/den on 1st floor could be used as an office - lovely, shady new back deck and front porch - includes large gas grill - utilities (water/electricity/gas/internet/phone/tv would be additional and the responsibility of the tenant) - 8 minute walking distance to VA Square Metro, Clarendon, restaurants, shopping, etc - Vivint security system (if you choose to activate it) - no smokers - FYI: this is a family neighborhood therefore, loud parties would not be welcome Preference will be given to those who can rent sooner and for a longer lease term. We are booking tours as soon as the tenant moves out on June 15th but we will need a few days to turn the property around.
