Owner pays all utilities. Guests are just required to shovel the front deck/steps and whatever part of the backyard they'd like to use. Guests must pick up after their dog immediately because if not, the dog poop freezes to the snow and is very hard to remove. An additional pet waste pickup charge will be deducted from the security deposit if pet waste is found in the yard after their stay.
