We're looking for trustworthy and respectful tenants to rent our home on a year lease. Rent is $2,500 a month.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an updated kitchen and a spacious deck that looks directly out to the Three Sisters. The property is located on 3 quiet acres with a garden, shed, 2-car garage, and plenty of parking. You'll also enjoy access to an outdoor sauna.
The home is "upside-down living" so everything is upstairs.
**We live in the separate entrance ADU about 1/2 of the time. So we come and go throughout the year. We're both easy going so as long as you know you're living above us and don't mind it that's great! We also have 2 dogs that roam the property who love people and other dogs.**
