The home has a swimming pool, beautiful backyard with BBQ grill, washer and dryer in the garage, plenty of on street parking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Vons, restaurants, library, banking are within walking distance. As is the bus route with easy transfer to the trolley. I'm a 63 woman with my 25 yo son living here with two cats who will want to be your friend. Easy going and not too loud are the biggest things, we like peaceful. There is a shared entrance and a loft space so there will be some shared noise. I am a Padre fan, like to cook and eat, spend some time in the yard, live music.
