This property is almost new. We only had one renter who lost job and had to move.…
It is a doublewide mobile home with a nice front porch and small deck with steps on the back. The yard is rather large open and plenty of grass to cut. The highway driveway turns down to the parking area in front of the house. When you enter the front door, you see the expansive living area and the kitchen/dining area. The master bedroom is to the left with a nice walk-in closet and a large master bath.
On the other end of the house are two nice bedrooms with small walk-in closets.
The second bath is in the hallway between those two bedrooms.
There is a laundry room where you will find washer/dryer hook-ups. This is were you go out to the back yard. The wood floors are really nice, and the windows have blinds included. I'm sure anyone walking through this home would love to live there. And let me not forget that it is located next to a church and the county high school.
