Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in significant fines or removal from hosting platforms. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for verification of occupancy and is used exclusively for emergency situations. Exterior security cameras are installed above the garages for security monitoring. A Minut noise monitoring device measures decibel levels to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances; this system does not record conversations or sounds. Absolutely no dogs are allowed at this property. If a dog is found on the premises, a non-refundable $175 fee will be charged upon departure to cover additional cleaning and sanitation.
