No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking of any kind (including marijuana and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the home. A deep-cleaning fee will apply for violations. No Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No DJs, loud music, or unregistered visitors. Maximum Occupancy Enforced The guest count provided at booking must match the number of people staying. Exceeding the listed occupancy may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Quiet Hours: 10 PM 8 AM Please respect neighbors by keeping outdoor noise, pool use, and music to a minimum during quiet hours. Pool Safety Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving (max depth 5 ft), no glass near the pool, and swim at your own risk. No Pets Allowed To protect guests with allergies, pets of any kind are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing. Lock Up When You Leave Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property and at night. Turn off lights, A/C set to 78 F, and TVs when not in use. Trash & Cleanliness Dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins before checkout. Wash or load dishes, and leave the home in reasonably tidy condition. Treat Amenities With Care Mini golf equipment, game consoles, board games, and outdoor furniture are for guest enjoyment. Please report any damage immediately accidents happen, but unreported damage will result in additional charges. Parking & Property Use Park only in the private driveway or designated street spots. Do not block neighbors' driveways. Exterior cameras are active for security; tampering is prohibited.
