There is no gas utilities for this unit. This is a very modern and luxurious apartment. There are always people walking by wanting to rent this unit but we are trying to find the best possible tenant because we would like this apartment to be taken good care of. Prefer tenants without kids or large pets. Tenant will be responsible for utilities. Landlord pays trash and water bill. Look at the comps in the area, the monthly rent is very competitively priced at $1,300/month. You can easily find cheaper rent in the area - but you will not find a beautiful high quality well kept apartment like this in the area.
