Tenant buys/pays for WiFi device and service. Utilities included. NO pets. No smoking. No loud music. Garden for use by Owner. Owner has access to basement to do laundry once a week . Owner and Tenant agrees to cooperate in an amicable, professional way. No pool, No tennis access. No guests allowed. One person occupancy only. Anyone staying over 10 days (visitors) must notify Owner and Property by email/text and get approval BEFORE they arrive. Otherwise, $500 additional per month for guests staying longer than 11 days. Any arrangment to be made in writing and agreed upon by Owner, Property Person. Parking (1 car allowed: fee $45 per month) in assigned space. Rent of $1,299 due by 28th of each month or other agreed upon method. De[posit returned in 48 hours after inspection with Owner and Property Person. Tenant maintains area from tenant door to back gate door: remove snow, no trash). Tenant notifies Owner and Owner's designated "property person" as soon as possible if there is an issue. Contact and text both Owner and Property Person. Be nice and respectful to Neighors, Owners. Respect property of others. We prefer professional references (work, landlord). -We prefer you use a PO Box for your personal mail. Packages and any mail to be given to you by Owner as they arrive.
