A quick 15-minute drive connects you to Downtown San Diego, San Diego International Airport, and the Beaches. The property is a short Uber/Lyft ride from the San Diego State University Transit Center for easy trolley access across the city. Allied Gardens is a very walkable neighborhood, though a car is required to get around town.
Guests must be 25 and up to rent. For security purposes, a copy of your photo ID must be uploaded within 72 hours of booking, or the reservation may be canceled. Check-in time is 4 PM; early check-in may be accommodated upon request. Quiet hours are observed (no music or loud noise after 8 PM, siesta time 12-3 PM). Smoking is allowed only outdoors on the sun deck in front of the house or in the backyard. No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors at any time, with a fine of $250 for violations. Outside guests or parties are not allowed on the property during your stay; only registered guests are permitted. The rental agreement may be ended, and guests asked to vacate immediately if house rules are broken. Unauthorized guests will incur an extra fee of $250. Contact us for any changes to your reservation before check-in. Unauthorized pets will incur an extra fee of $200 per pet if not disclosed and added to the reservation prior to check-in. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Guests must clean up after their pet at all times and ensure there is no urine or waste left anywhere on the property, including the surrounding neighborhood.
