$1500.00 non-refundable deposit will be necessary to secure the house (due up front). The $1500.00 deposit will be applicable to the first months rent. The $3000 will be refundable at the end of the lease provided there isn't any damage or extra cleaning. A four month ski lease will have 3 free housekeeping visits. Each visit is a total of two man hours of cleaning and will help keep the kitchen, bathrooms, and house maintained during the lease. $300 a month total for the fixed utilities. This $300 a month pays for the water, trash, cable tv, and high speed internet service. A four month lease would have a total of $1200.00 (4 x $300) for the fixed utilities. The gas and electric will be switched into the tenants name at the start of the lease. The bills will be sent directly to the tenant. Frozen pipes will be the responsibility of the tenants if the thermostat was left lower than 55 degrees or turned off. There will be a $200 service fee charged by Agate Bay Realty if utilities are not transferred into the tenants name when the lease takes effect. We will send multiple reminders. $800 for driveway snow removal. Half the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival (November 2, 2026) and the other half is due prior to move in (by January 2, 2027).
