The furnace, fuse boxes, water shut offs, water heater and softener are located in the unit. On occasion owner will ask for access to maintain these properly.

The property sits on 4.5 acres of private property with a pond, trails and lake views. It's close to the public access. Buffalo, Monticello and St. Cloud are within 20-30 minutes from the home. Work hard and come home to relax to a sanctuary.
The unit is a 2br and 1ba and boasts wide doorways and no transitions for accessibility needs. The shower has two heads, both are hand held and the shower is large enough to accommodate a shower bench if needed. This is a walk out unit with no stairs to climb. The house sits up on a hill so 4-wheel drive is best but not necessary without snow.
For security there are cameras placed outside. The upper unit is owner occupied.
