Additionally, smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited within the property to ensure the comfort and well-being of all residents. Moving Fee: A non-refundable moving fee of $700.00 is required, which helps cover administrative costs associated with the move-in process. Background and Credit Check: As part of the application process, prospective tenants will be subject to a background and credit check. This is a standard procedure to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents within the community. References: Upon request, references can be requested to further verify the suitability of potential tenants. These references help establish the credibility and reliability of applicants. Backyard: Tenants may utilize the backyard for their enjoyment. Tenants will be responsible for the clean-up of the backyard after each use. This includes tidying up any debris, returning any furniture or equipment to their original places, and maintaining the general cleanliness of the area. The availability and conditions for use are subject to the discretion of the landlord for large gatherings/parties.
