Application fee $35 or current amount per Adult (non-refundable) for background check. Other fees & deposits listed: Move-in/move-out Cleaning fee $250 Re-key fee $75 Small pet fee none Small pet rent $35, if applicable The security deposit $2,300. The security deposit, first month's rent, and all fees are each due at signing. Security deposit returned less the cost of any damages upon leaving the property. Tenant responsible for notifying landlord if any property damage is incurred as well as financially responsible for the repairs. Hunters Creek is a HOA community, therefore, its the tenant's responsibility to remain compliant with the association's rules. Rules imclude but not limited to keeping landscaping maintained and vehicle parking/boat/trailer parking guidelines. HOA conveneants will be provide upon signing leasing agreement. Leasing duration: 12 months, contact for other options. Tenant responsible for each utility (water/trash/sewage, gas, and electric). Upon move in, tenant(s) have 3 -5 business days to transfer all utilities. No smoking is allowed within home. A $400 fee will be witheld from deposit for smoking. No large pets are allowed. A $600 fee will be withheld from deposit for having large pet(s) on property.
