Rental Policies & House Rules To help keep the home in excellent condition, tenants agree to the following: * No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. * No pets unless approved in writing by the landlord. Any approved pets must not cause damage or odors. * Tenants are responsible for keeping the home clean and well maintained throughout the lease. * Carpets, flooring, walls, cabinets, and appliances must be returned in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear only. * Any stains, pet urine, odors, burns, excessive dirt, or other damage to carpets, flooring, walls, or paint beyond normal wear and tear will be the tenant's responsibility and may be deducted from the security deposit. * Nails, large wall anchors, wallpaper, or painting the walls are not permitted without the landlord's written approval. * Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized alterations will be repaired at the tenant's expense. * The property must be left clean and free of trash at move-out. * Quiet hours and all HOA rules and community regulations must be followed.
