There's a privacy fence between the house and the next house over on the other side plenty of parking space in the driveway great neighborhood less than a half a mile from the excellent Kroger groceries, crunch fitness gym, Lucianas Mexican, Culver's, Chick-fil-A, Lowes, etc. etc. etc. all kinds of shops one block over to Keystone Avenue centrally located close to everything. The backyard backs up to Broad Ripple Park. you can literally walk through the backyard to the park where there are huge baseball diamonds gorgeous park land with a pathway alongside White River tennis and Pickleball courts a huge public swimming pool and a huge public community center all right there and musical concerts during the summer season that you can actually hear from the house not too loud though ha ha ha. After walking through the park you have sidewalk steps to down town Broadripple. Great shops and restaurants! We can't say enough good things about this house very eclectic style on the inside it's called the purple house because of its color, lots of crystal chandeliers inside make it feel very warm and inviting. The two bedrooms upstairs are virtually the same size and have a large master bedroom suite bathroom with entrances from both bedrooms a freestanding tub, large shower two vanities so no one has to fight over the larger bedroom. There's also a laundry closet on the top floor. This home can be rented semi-furnished with the couches and chair and it can also be 100% fully furnished with kitchen utensils, and everything else, including beds and tables and chairs and lamps. If fully fresh desired there will be an extra $$300 move in the furniture fee in the beginning. Thank you, and I hope you like our house.
