The game room offers air hockey, foosball, a poker table with chips for up to 8 players, a cozy couch, and a selection of board games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, air fryer, blender, and slow cooker, along with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and electric kettle. Essential dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils are provided, as well as baking sheets, muffin tins, and a hand mixer. Complimentary essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, cotton pads, and dental picks are stocked, along with plush towels and linens, including beach towels. A hair dryer and first-aid kit are also included.
Enjoy outdoor fun with a BBQ grill and a backyard firepit with six chairs. Parking is convenient with 5 private parking spots available on property. For little ones, a Pack 'n Play with a padded mattress, sheets, changing table, and baby bath are available.
Unbeatable location just two streets from the ocean, allowing you to stroll to the sand, shops, and promenade in minutes. Enjoy easy access to coffee shops, breakfast spots, restaurants, and local boutiques all just blocks away. Rent a surrey and cruise the Seaside Prom, or explore nearby attractions like Funland Entertainment Center, Seaside Antique Mall, Seaside Carousel Mall, and Beach Books. Outdoor activities and rentals are readily available, including kayaking, paddleboarding, and bike rentals from Wheel Fun Rentals. Nearby hiking trails include Tillamook Head Trail and Ecola State Park.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am both inside and outside. This is a pet-free and non-smoking home. Any smoking evidence inside will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Parties and events are not allowed. During the season of October 1st through April 14th, the BBQ grill, firepit, and outdoor fire pit chairs are stored in the garage and available upon guest request. Guests are asked to ensure the fire is fully extinguished and covers are replaced on the BBQ and firepit when not in use, and to turn off the propane tank when done using the BBQ. Guests are asked to return complimentary beach towels to the house. Any furniture moved during the stay should be returned to its original spot before check-out. Guests can enter with a smart lock code sent after booking. The host is available via message, text, or phone for any questions or needs.
