Hey everyone!! My husband and I are moving out of state for graduate school. We own a cute, modern, comfortable, completely furnished condo in Springville. We are needing renters to move in May 1st. We are offering to keep the condo 100% furnished if that is what you need. Our condo has a fireplace, queen bed, huge couch, 75" TV in the living room & a 65" TV in the master bedroom. We are currently using the second bedroom as our office. This building is only around a year and a half old. The condo is spacious & located in a safe area. There is a close freeway entrance, plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, and a recreation center. We would love for you to stop by for a tour if this is the type of housing you are looking for!! It is great for a couple or college students. We are a 8 minute drive from BYU campus and a 10 minute drive from UVU.
