I would like to rent my apartment to someone who cherishes a wonderful place in a great location in Mid Cambridge. We are ten minutes walking distance from Harvard and twenty from MIT. The apartment is on the third floor (i.e. need to walk up two sets of stairs) of a classic six-condominium building. It has a large porch, where several people can sit and the building has a large garden in the back, unusual in Cambridge. There are two closed bedrooms, three additional people can sleep in open rooms, there are also lots of closets. I plan to leave the apartment fully furnished and fully functioning, with gas, electric, heat, water, cable TV, telephone, internet, as well as cleaning services. You will also be able to use everything in my kitchen, which is the centerpiece of the house. If you love to cook, like I do, I think you will enjoy this kitchen. No need to bring sheets and towels, there is also washer and drier for use by three apartments in the basement, where there is also additional storage. There is street parking and you could use my visitor permit, parking is not a problem except when there are heavy snow storms. This is where my son grew up, so it is perfect for kids, there are other nice kids in the building. No pets are allowed, in addition, the building is non smoking.
