Fully furnished. Please note that the monthly amount is for a full year lease, but a shorter monthly stay including all utilities is negotiable. That includes gig-speed internet and housekeeping. Unless agreed upon separately, utilities are not included, except that we will pay half the electric since the panel on one side of the house includes the carriage house apartment. That blll is separate and we will handle that. No smoking. Pet fee and security deposit for small dogs.

Location is convenient to Candler Park Marta station, Edgewood shopping district, downtown Decatur, Paideia School, Drew Charter School, and downtown Atlanta. You don't even have to get on the freeway! Walk to the Pullman Yards and downtown Kirkwood, where they have local events like the Kirkwood Wine Stroll and the 'Lanta Gras parade. The haint-blue-ceilinged wraparound front porch invites you to relax with a julep or an iced lemonade, with a mint garnish from your own back yard. Inside there are several large living spaces, including a large living room open to the kitchen, a study with a big wooden desk, and an upstairs family room with lots of light. There are plenty of areas for people to work from home without disturbing each other. Four generously sized bedrooms, two upstairs and two down. The kitchen is big and cheery with lots of counter and storage space, a walk-in pantry with utility sink, and an extra fridge for large families. 36" Fisher-Paykel gas range, stainless French door fridge, dishwasher, nice big semi-divided cast iron porcelain sink, quartz countertops, lots of counter space for multiple stations. Breakfast room off the kitchen, bright and cheerful with lots of windows. Separate dining room with ten-foot high pocket doors allows seating for ten. The laundry room is enormous, with plenty of space for projects or a workout area. Monitored security system, landscape service (with quiet eco-friendly electric blowers), and once a month housekeeping are included.
