We do offer some flexibility with our lease term. We require a two month plus one day notice however we will not accept notices to move out between October and March of any given year. Further explanation can be given at the time of the tour. Tenant is responsible for electricity, cooking gas and cable/internet. Landlord pays heat, water and garbage removal. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, outside only and a polite distance from main entryways. Pets are allowed, we require a $200.00 non refundable pet fee. Cats are rent free while dogs are charged monthly pet rent according to weight (under 40 lbs. is $50.00/month and over 41 lbs. is $75.00/month). Parking is on street and is permitted through the City of St. Paul at $25.00 per vehicle per year. We do charge a $50.00 refundable fob fee and a $25.00 refundable apartment key fee. Thank you.
