**General Rules **Respect the Property** Please treat the home with care and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. **Quiet Hours** To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from **10 PM 7 AM**. **No Smoking Inside** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. **No Parties or Large Gatherings** This is a peaceful retreat; please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable. **Trash Disposal **Trash Removal** Trash **must be taken out every 3-5 days** to the local disposal center (10 minutes away). **If trash is not taken out, it will start to smell and attract maggots.** Please be responsible for keeping the space clean. **Fireplace & Stove Usage **Propane Fireplace & Stove** Both operate on propane. **Do not leave the fireplace running for more than an hour** at a time. Be mindful of propane usage to avoid excessive consumption. **Koi Pond Care **Feeding the Koi** **Do not feed the koi any food other than one scoop of the food provided** in the jar by the pond. This ensures their health and well-being. **no swimming or soaking in the koi pond** nor throwing any materials or substances in the koi pond. Doing so will result in fines for property damages.
