Enjoy designer light fixtures, ceiling fans, nine-foot ceilings, and a spacious 8-seater dining table. For convenience, a full washer/dryer is in-unit, along with designer lighting and a keyless entry smart lock. Pets are allowed with a $500 fine per unauthorized pet. Grocery delivery is available for $35 plus the cost of goods, including placement of temperature-sensitive goods into the fridge/freezer. The Romance Package is available for $225 and includes a private photographer photo session, flower bouquet, and chocolates assortment. This prime location is just 20 minutes from Amelia Island's beaches and downtown Jacksonville's attractions, with easy access to I-95, A1A, and Jacksonville International Airport. This is a non-smoking apartment complex, and any infringement upon this rule shall result in a $200 fine, in addition to the potential additional cost incurred by losing the subsequent guest's reservation. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated. If guests throw a party, trash and/or damage the unit, disrespect the property, or hold a gathering with additional guests that were not reported in the initial booking, a $200 fine will be enforced. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. If guests leave the premises more than thirty (30) minutes after the posted check-out time, a $75 fee will be charged. If possession of the premises is held for more than two additional hours beyond designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged at the base nightly rate without discounts. Guests agree that if any aspect of the premises or home is damaged at the fault of guests, that they are responsible for the total repair costs, including supplies and labor, to restore damages to rent-ready condition. Breaking any of the house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of guests' reservation without refund. Guests will be considered trespassers of the property upon violation of any house rules. Guests can be removed from the property upon breaking any house rules. By booking, guests agree to waive tenant rights. By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the house rules. Maintenance does have access to the unit and may still need to enter as part of their normal operations. The apartment complex conducts mandatory air filter replacements once every two months. Representatives of the apartment complex will need temporary access to this property/unit once every two months to install a new filter. By booking this property, guests agree to allow apartment staff to enter the unit to change the air filter or perform other tasks as needed. Upon reporting a complaint regarding any aspect of the property, guests authorize maintenance to enter the property to resolve the issues of concern. We cannot guarantee that the maintenance team will be able to arrive at a specific time, and they may need to enter when their schedule allows them to. Parking is available in the shared apartment complex parking lot. Guests shall not park or drive anywhere on grass, landscaping, or any other areas that are not designated parking spaces. We do not allow guests to order or mail packages to this location. If guests attempt to have something delivered to this address, we will not be able to hold responsibility for its whereabouts. We ask that guests are patient and understanding for all maintenance requests. If a previous guest has left minor damage and we were unable to conduct repairs before check-in, it will be reported to maintenance staff. However, reparations are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Examples of minor maintenance requests include blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs. Such "non-emergency" maintenance requests won't be completed until the maintenance team has addressed any emergency requests first. Guests must have a valid working phone number. This home has an occupancy limit of ten (10) guests. No more than ten (10) guests per booking are allowed on the property. If more than ten (10) guests are on the property at one time, they will be removed for trespassing. Guests who live within thirty (30) minutes of the premises must contact us before booking. For those needing to work during their stay, the primary bedroom features a private workspace with a desk, cozy chair, and high-speed internet.
