The 4th-floor unit boasts a serene balcony with a top-floor view of the complex and pond views from the twin and queen bedrooms. Convenience is key with a full in-unit washer/dryer, designer lighting, and a smart lock. Resort-style community amenities include a saltwater pool, a 24/7 fitness center and wellness studio, bikes available at the clubhouse, a community office and lounge area, poolside grilling, and a cornhole station. Modern conveniences like valet trash pickup and electric car charging stations are also available. A "Bark" park and pet spa are on-site. Situated in a gorgeous master-planned community, this vibrant haven offers a lifestyle rooted in connection. Explore over 12 miles of scenic trails, lakes, and parks. The location is just 20 minutes from Amelia Island's beaches and downtown Jacksonville, with easy access to I-95, A1A, and Jacksonville International Airport. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Guests who leave more than thirty minutes after the posted check-out time will be charged a $100 fee. If possession of the premises is held for more than two additional hours beyond the designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged at the base nightly rate. All guests must be approved before check-in, and a $40 fee per unlogged guest will be charged. This is a non-smoking apartment complex, and any violation will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated; if guests throw a party, trash or damage the unit, or hold a gathering with unapproved guests, a $200 fine will be enforced.
