The apartment consists of large colorful rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and private laundry, and a spacious living room.… It is the perfect place to live for students, being within walking distance of public transit lines, supermarkets and a diverse selection of dining and nightlife. It is often a gathering space for friends!
The unit occupies the second and third floors of a house. There is a bathroom and two bedrooms on each floor. Laundry is off of the kitchen and is private, no coins needed. There is a lovely deck off of the kitchen, big enough for a table and chairs.
Two bedrooms are carpeted, the remainder of the living space has tile/wood floors.
CMU Shuttle and bussing to Pitt are a block or two away.
Landlord has prioritized affordability and high square footage per occupant. Apartment is large and priced to rent. The size of the unit and the arrangement of rooms provide each occupant a lot of privacy and space for a desk, sofa and bed in the bedroom (except for the small room on the second floor, which is large enough for a double bed and a desk, with room for a chair in addition to the desk chair).
Landlord is a tenant advocate attorney and will handle any and all issues promptly. Landlord lives on-site in another unit.
Heating, air-conditioning, windows, roof and sewer are new.
