You can walk to the Saturday Farmers Market, Crayton Cove waterfront dining, and all the charm of downtown Olde Naples.
This is a 55+ complex, so the main renter must be 55 or over. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and events are also prohibited. This is a self-check-in property; access instructions will be provided prior to arrival for guests who are fully paid and have HOA approval. A lease and HOA paperwork must be signed and approved, which can take up to 30 days for processing. The community allows only one lease per year with a 90-day minimum stay. Guests must choose between a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold for accidental damage, collected after booking and before check-in. Please do not rearrange the furniture, and report any damage or malfunction to the host immediately.
