Never any issues with...Firepit is a filled in Garden spot. All furniture is to be kept in great repair. A month to Month for first 6 months thrn into a lease. If a need will approach me not other tenants. Deposit will be same as a months rent which covers furniture and rental and will be deducted if any issues with either. Must have proof of renters insurance. Mail will need to go to a PO Box. Quieter time is from 10:30pm -7 am. Rent is due on the first by Venmo. Must water big Pin Oak as well as backyard.
