Any resident that recruits a new resident will have $25 off his rent every month for four months. This can be shared between the resident and the new resident.

Lease terms

Greenbrier Association pays for water. We want a lease agreement lasting no less than 11 months, but normal leases are for 12 months and can automatically be extended after that. No smoking in the apartment. Parking is for one vehicle only. Short-term guests may obtain a guest pass so their vehicle won't get towed, but this must be known to the landlord at least 24 hours in advance. Any pets causing a disturbance to other renters must be removed from the premises. Tenants should maintain cleanliness in their apartment, including pest control. However, the Greenbrier Association takes care of outside pests.

About the building

Freshly painted and upgraded apartment with appliances furnished. Shared laundry recently installed with new equipment. New pavement on parking lot. Our Greenbrier condominiums are in walking distance of the U of Memphis. We have U of M graduate students residing in about a third of these apartments and young professionals and some older people in others. Only one vehicle per apartment is allowed. Guest passes may be obtained if needed.
