Rent is due on the first of every month, late on the 5th. First month's rent will be pro-rated, depending on the move-in date. If unit is desired unfurnished, please inquire and rent/utilities are negotiable. Pets are not allowed, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.
