Rental Lease Highlights Please Read Before Applying This property is available for lease and offers a comfortable, well-maintained living space. Below are the key terms and conditions: Financial Terms First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are both due at the time of lease signing. All funds must be paid in certified funds prior to receiving keys. Utilities & Services Tenant is responsible for all utilities and services, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, sewer, internet, cable, and trash removal. An additional non-refundable pet deposit will be required upon approval. Unauthorized pets are grounds for lease termination. Smoking This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind including cigarettes, cigars, and vaping is prohibited inside the home and on the property.
