Single room in a 3-bedroom log cabin in Highland Estates in Park City, shared with 2 friendly, mature, outdoorsy professional women and 2 dogs. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Shared bathroom with 1 person. Lease is Month-to-Month, but we'd prefer someone that wants to stay a while. Credit check + 1 month rent deposit. Utilities/wifi included in the rent. No couples, no smoking, and no more pets. Shared responsibilities include helping with snow removal in winter. PC Ridgeline views from the house, elk and deer regularly visit. Woodstove for supplemental heat and ambience. Some storage space in the garage for bike/ski gear storage. Garage spot possibly available for a smaller car. This is a true log cabin full of character, but not heavily soundproofed. It's not a party house or social gathering spot. We value quiet, privacy, cleanliness, respect, and good sleep. Someone who is considerate and aware of noise during late-night coming/going is a must. Great location for trail access, resorts, rec centers, and grocery stores. Located right by the Round Valley trail system, Trailside bike park, 5 minutes from Kimball Junction, 10 minutes to Park City.
