Lease terms

We offer a 12-month lease to provide you with a comfortable and stable home. Shorter terms such as 6 months or month-to-month options are available at a slightly higher rent for added flexibility. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a security deposit equal to one month's rent required. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas to maintain a clean and healthy living environment. Parking is available for an additional monthly fee, and laundry use is also offered for a small extra charge. Tenants are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and notifying the landlord promptly of any maintenance issues. Routine upkeep such as changing light bulbs and replacing batteries in smoke detectors should be handled by the tenant. Major repairs and property maintenance are the landlord's responsibility. To apply, please be prepared to provide proof of income approximately three times the rent and to pass a credit and background check. We look forward to helping you find your new home!
