The exterior is striking with red brick, lime green siding and light honey trim. Steps to the covered front porch then the front door opens to a striking living room with 9-foot ceilings trimmed with crown mold, original light fixtures and an Oak floor. The dining room is carpeted and is also trimmed with crown mold. A rustic chandelier hangs there. There is a large bonus room off of the dining room (office?). All ceilings are 9' on the first floor giving the house a true feeling of spaciousness. The kitchen cabinets are original and are an attractive period piece in a large kitchen that opens to a breakfast nook in one corner. Workshop? RV storage? The backyard is fenced. The driveway is narrow. There have been upgrades to the inbound water supply, some of the electrical, a 95% efficiency furnace, insulation, and newer paint and carpet. There is a full set of storm windows. It is located only 1 block from the Glisan Fred Meyer store and is minutes to downtown by vehicle, bus or bike. Freeway access is 8 blocks away. I will consider pets on an individual basis but there are fees to cover possible damage. This is a great family home!
