Requirements: 1 year lease Monthly income of 2 x the monthly rent is usually required. Applications: After the prospective tenants have viewed the property and met with us we will give instructions on filling out an application Credit: Score of 650 desired (hard number not critical, but do not want to see a lot of debt and/or late payments). Credit reports and Background will be processed and evaluated. Once application is received, this process begins. Rental History: Current and Previous rental references will be verified. Income: Proof of income should be provided with your application and it will be verified with either W2 with employer or tax returns for self employed. Bank Statements: Two months recent bank statements must be provided for each applicant. Pets: Generally Pets are not allowed. Consideration of pets is at owner's discretion, if allowed, an additional deposit will apply. * All completed and signed applications will be processed and evaluated for consideration. The owner makes the final decision as to the resident they choose for their property* **Everyone 18 and older who will reside at this property must answer all pre-qualification questions and submit an application**
