Lease terms

Lease Duration * Month-to-month lease available * Written notice is required prior to move-out in accordance with the signed rental agreement Rent & Payment Options * Rent: $1,200 per month * Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payment options accepted * The selected payment schedule and due dates will be outlined in the rental agreement Utilities * All standard utilities are included in rent * No separate monthly utility charge * Small refrigerator included in the room Furnishings * Bed * Bedding * Nightstand *Small Personal Refrigerator Shared Areas Residents have access to shared common areas, including: * Kitchen * Dining room * Living room * Shared bathroom facilities Occupancy * Private room rental * Single occupancy only * No subleasing or additional occupants without prior written approval Move-In Fee * A non-refundable move-in fee is required prior to occupancy * The move-in fee is separate from rent and will not be refunded after payment Required Agreements * All residents are required to review, agree to, and sign the property's Terms and Agreements before move-in * Residents must comply with all house rules, policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in those agreements throughout their residency House Policies * Shared spaces must be kept clean and used respectfully * Residents are expected to respect the privacy, property, and quiet enjoyment of other occupants * Residents must follow all established policies regarding guests, noise, shared spaces, property care, and prohibited conduct Application & Approval * All applicants are subject to approval * Required application and screening procedures must be completed before move-in * All required fees, agreements, and rental documents must be completed and signed prior to occupancy
