This house can accommodate up to 6 adult guests and is a perfect getaway for couples, a small group of friends or families alike! Note that we can consider groups of 8 if bringing children 16 and under.

Chamberlands is a true gem to be discovered in Lake Tahoe. Located between Homewood and Tahoma on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, this neighborhood offers wonderful woodsy locations with many properties bordering on streams. There are approximately 300 homes within the Chamberlands subdivision.
This home is located near the entrance to Chamberlands on a quiet street and is just a short 7 - 9 minute walk down to the beach. Note that this property does not included access to the private beach area, but there is a public beach area directly adjacent to the private beach area.
